The grand finale of Circuits @ ISSA is here! Supporting him is Malta’s own Alien Montesin, a DJ and sound artist. Presented by Electronic Music Malta and supported by German Maltese Circle and Black Box Pro.

Electronic Music Malta (EMM) and the German Maltese Circle present Cedrik Fermont and Alien Montesin in the closing event for Circuits @ ISSA 2024 on Thursday 5th December 2024 at ISSA, 55, Triq Fra Diegu, Ħamrun.

Cedrik Fermont (aka C-drík, Kirdec, Cdrk) is a Berlin-based Belgian-Congolese composer, musician, mastering engineer, author, radio host (Radio Staalplaat, Freie Radios Berlin-Brandenburg/Colaboradio), concert organiser, independent researcher and label manager (at Syrphe) who operates in the field of noise, electronic, electroacoustic, sound art, and experimental music since 1989. From club music (industrial, breakcore, electro, acid, minimal wave) to harsh noise via electroacoustic, free improvised music and music for choreography, he works as a solo artists and in numerous collaborative projects. He will be delivering a talk on Decolonising Electronic Music which will be followed by a Live Set.

Cedrik will be supported by local extraterrestrial Alien Montesin who is a DJ, sound artist and visual artist. 

Doors will open at 7pm, entrance to the public will be EUR5, EMM renewed members can attend for free however they need to book here as space at the venue will be limited.
