Hello Global Travel Foodies!
Our first Moroccan homemade dinner for the 30th of August was sold out in just a few days therefore, we have created a second homemade Moroccan dinner  Details below 
Globaltravelbook.com is brining Morocco to you with a Moroccan food fest evening hosted together with a Moroccan family, were they and some of their friends will also be joining us for the dinner dressed in traditional clothing.
Nadia and her family are well known among the Moroccan community for their delicious traditional dishes here in Malta.
•Harira traditional Moroccan soup
• Zalouk – is a common side dish and typically served with flat bread. The spread is made with eggplants, tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and spices.
• Tagine – lamb with prunes
• Couscous – National dish of Morocco, typically served with meat or a vegetable stew (or both)
• Brochettes – meat kebab rubbed in salt and spices
• Classical Moroccan tomato and cucumber side salad
• Meskouta (Moroccan Cake)
• Moroccan Mint Tea
We invite all you travel foodies to join us on the 12th of September 2023 to experience the taste of Morocco here in Malta like a local, as we dine with Nadia and her family. (Vegetarian dishes will be available).
We will dine in a private section, which is cut off and reserved for our global travel foodies at ‘Ic-Cavett palace in Mgarr’. (There is no association with the restaurant other than using a part of their establishment. The food will be cooked solely by the Moroccan family).
This is a seated event and places are limited, we may only accept 40 persons due to the limited cooking ability of the Moroccan family. The price will be €25 per person which includes all the above except for any drinks which could be purchased from the establishment.
Apart from offer a taste of the Moroccan cuisine for those curious about the Moroccan culture, this gathering also serves as a travellers meet up. Globaltravelbook.com is a travel agency which offers competitive packages to Morocco, at this event we will brief the attendants about our trips.

N.B. after this event, a menu of Nadia’s dishes will be published on our websites where you will be able to order Moroccan dishes directly from the family.
