1. No admission is allowed without a valid ticket 2. The Management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause  damage, injury,nuisance,annoyance,interference with or failure to comply with the reasonable requests  of management. 3. The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment during event is prohibited, Any person so doing may be asked to leave the event premises  4. Event Promoter does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal property bought into the venue 5. Event Promoter  reserves the right to vary or omit any part of the programme  including Guest Artist line-up due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets. 6. Event Promoter will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen. 7. No food, drinks, bottles, cans and other such items are allowed into the venue. 8. The Event Promoter  shall not  have any further liability beyond the face value of the ticket purchased, ie the ticket fee.  9. Purchase of ticket signifies acceptance as members of the audience to filming and sound recording for broadcast 10. No folding seats  or chairs are allowed in the venue 11. No money will be refunded unless event is cancelled. 12. Tickets cannot be exchanged or cancelled. 13. A ticket shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests , etc unless formal written permission is given by the Event Promoter. 14. It is your responsibility to check your tickets;  If you find a mistake contact hello@showshappening.com 15. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled or rescheduled. 16. The Event Promoter may have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons. Any items which security consider dangerous will be confiscated. 17. Any disputes arising with regards to the event of the purchased ticket are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese Courts. 18. This ticket remains the property of the Event Promoter and may be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the Event Promoter.  19. As the ticketing system is completely electronic, once a bar code of a ticket is used to enter the venue any similar bar code on tickets will be refused entry. 20. Proof of age identification may be requested. Kindly contact us on to enquire about age limit as this depends on the event in question. 21. No refund if cancellation is due to national mourning or any other government executive order. 22. The sale of alcohol to people under the age of 18 is prohibited and anyone under the age of 18 caught purchasing or consuming alcohol will be ejected from the venue.
