Ticket Validity
A valid ticket must be presented for entry to any Celebra Event. Altering, copying, or removing any part of the ticket may invalidate it.

Event Changes & Lineup Adjustments
Celebra Events reserves the right to add, withdraw, or substitute artists, adjust event programs, timings, seating arrangements, or audience capacity when necessary. These changes will not materially alter the event and may be required due to authority instructions, artist unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control.

Rescheduling, Relocation, & Cancellations

• If an event is rescheduled or moved, ticket holders may retain or exchange their tickets for the new date/location or request a refund.
• If an event is canceled, ticket holders may transfer their ticket to a future event or request a refund.
• Booking and transaction fees are non-refundable.
• Celebra Events is not responsible for additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation.

Ticket Resale
Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain. If found to be resold, they may be invalidated, and entry will be denied.

Admission & Security
Celebra Events reserves the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches for the safety of all attendees.

Liability
Celebra Events is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death unless it results directly from a legal breach. We are also not liable for the actions of third parties, including performers or exhibitors.

Outdoor Events & Weather
Outdoor events will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the safety officer. No refunds will be issued due to bad weather if the event goes ahead.

Personal Property
Celebra Events is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

Photography & Recording
Attendees may be filmed, photographed, or recorded for broadcast, publication, or security purposes. Sponsors and partners authorized by Celebra Events may also capture content.
Video and sound recordings are prohibited in performance areas unless authorized in writing.
