Organiser/Promoter/Venue (“Organiser”) Terms and Conditions

In addition to those terms and conditions outlined below by ShowsHappening, any attendee of the Event agrees that:

You acknowledge that ShowsHappening is a booking platform and is not authorised to issue refunds unless instructed to do so by the Organiser.
You acknowledge that ShowsHappening simply provides a payment method service where payment is collected on behalf of the Organiser as duly authorised, however your contractual relationship other than for the booking fee and the service we offer shall be with the Organiser. By completing a purchase, you are confirming you understand that any changes, refunds and cancellation of the event shall be at the sole discretion of the organiser and you shall hold ShowsHappening harmless at all times for any change which is not directly attributable to them.
By completing a purchase, you are confirming that you have read any specific terms and conditions which the Organiser has issued with regard to this event. This shall include but is not limited to any refund, cancellation, name change or privacy policy.
Showshappening shall not refund the booking fee for any reason including but not limited to a change or cancellation of the event. Showshappening shall issue a refund only if it fails to provide you with the service of obtaining a ticket for the event in a satisfactory manner. In the case of a refund being issued, the refund will be issued on the ticket face value, and ShowsHappening booking fee will not be refunded.
Information is collected from those registering with www.showshappening.com in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available. This information is collected and used in accordance with ShowsHappening's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these conditions.
The Organiser reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
The Organiser may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
The Organiser /Venue may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed or unsatisfactory, or in the event that Buyer is not allowed to watch the event for any reason, ShowsHappening cannot be held responsible for any liability including any costs whatsoever incurred by the Buyer in connection with the said event.
It is your responsibility to check your tickets.
