Description

Now in its fifth edition, Mużika Mużika is a prestigious festival produced by Festivals Malta, that brings together different genres of Maltese music in an annual competition. 


Starting on Thursday 27th March Mużika Mużika's 16 finalists will perform their songs for the first time. Important: When buying a ticket for the show, you will be eligible to cast your vote for your favourite song. More details about this and how to register will be available on the purchased ticket.


On Friday 28th March, the festival will continue with an evening of classic Maltese songs, where the finalists will interpret various Maltese hits together with established local singers.


On Saturday 29th March, the 16 finalists will present their songs once again as they compete for the winning title.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Entrance: Please enter the venue from SOUTH ENTRANCE GATE (Millennium Stand Side).
  • Doors Open: 19:45hrs
  • Last Entry: 20:45hrs (Everyone needs to be seated by 21:00). Late arrivals will be allowed entry in the next commercial break only.
  • Since this festival will be televised, audience members can only leave their seats during commercial breaks.
  • The following items are not permitted in the venue and will be confiscated at the door.

Persons carrying hazardous items can be refused entry and will not be refunded.

Strictly 8 years and over


Thursday Voting:

Televoting is closed on Thursday 27th March. Only ticket holders at MFCC, Ta' Qali will be eligible to vote. Therefore, when purchasing a ticket for Thursday 27th March, you are eligible to vote for your favourite song while at the venue. More information about this process and about how to  register will be available on the purchased ticket.  


Concessions:

These apply to: 

  • Senior Citizens (over 60 years)
  • Persons with a Disability* (on presentation of a valid disability card)
  • Students (on presentation of student card)
  • European Youth Card holders (on presentation of card)
  • Children (between 8-16 years). 
*Persons with a disability can send an email to christian.debono.2@festivals.mt for a complimentary companion ticket (on presentation of a valid disability card). Emails need to be sent at least 24hrs before the event day as emails on the day may not be accepted. 


Accessibility Area:

Wheelchair users should purchase accessible tickets for a space within the designated area. The designated area does not contain seating, therefore only wheelchair users should purchase tickets from this section. Once a ticket is purchased, kindly contact us for your complimentary companion ticket which will allow one person to accompany you (seated) within that area.
