In addition to those terms and conditions outlined below by ShowsHappening, any attendee of the Event agrees that:

A valid Covid-19 vaccine certificate is required. The promoter and/or venue owner reserves the right to refuse admission and/or escort out of the premises any person who does not possess a valid Covid-19 vaccine certificate.
Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded after purchase under any circumstances unless otherwise instructed by the event organiser. In the case of a refund being issued for tickets bought, a refund will be issued on the ticket face value, and ShowsHappening booking fee will NOT be refunded.
Ticket holders and all attendees confirm that they are of legal age and must present a valid ticket at the venue on the day of the event accompanied by a valid identity document and a valid covid-19 vaccine certificate. Entry will not be granted without a genuine ShowsHappening ticket. A ticket only guarantees you entry if you comply with the regulations at the event including time of admission, standards of behaviour and health and safety.
The promoter and ShowsHappening accept no responsibility for your personal property.
By attending an event you consent to filming, photography and sound recording as a member of the audience, which can be in turn used on social media platforms, print, or any other advertising/non-advertising material.
The promoter and/or venue owner reserves the right to refuse admission and/or escort out of the premises any person who does not comply with standards of behaviour and health and safety. In such cases, tickets are not refunded.
The promoter and/or venue owner reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event in case of severe weather conditions, dangerous situations or other scenarios beyond their reasonable control.
The promoter and/or venue owner are not held responsible for civil or criminal nature of any reason beyond their control.
The promoter reserves the right to add, withdraw, or alter in any way the advertised programme; including event date, time and lineup.

In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed or unsatisfactory, or in the event that Buyer is not allowed to watch the event for any reason, SHOWSHAPPENING cannot be held responsible for any liability including any costs whatsoever incurred by the Buyer in connection with the said event.
